RETURNS POLICY

Please carry out any returns within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

Please enclose a completed returns form.

Goods must be in a resaleable condition with swing tickets attached.

For faulty goods return postage costs will be covered. Please contact us prior to returning any faulty goods.

All returns are accepted at our discretion.

For your own protection we suggest you use a Signed For Delivery Service as this will provide a tracking facility. You should check the value of the parcel contents is sufficiently covered when using this service.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in the post.

Should a parcel fail to reach us you should contact your Post Office to claim compensation.

You may also take your return to our store for processing immediately.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
